1. Submit your request in the “Contact Me” section
Reach out through the contact form with a brief description of the commission you have in mind. Please include:

• Preferred size of the artwork

• Number of subjects (pets, people, or objects)

• Background: White included. Faded or dark/moody background +$25.

• Clear reference photos and any meaningful details you’d like me to consider.

This helps ensure I fully understand your vision before moving forward.

2. Review and confirmation
I’ll review your request and follow up to confirm size, composition, and overall direction. Once details are finalized, I’ll provide next steps and a timeline estimate. Final pricing is based on selected size, number of subjects, background style, and any additional customization. Turnaround times will vary based on size and complexity. A 50% deposit is required to secure the commission.

3. Drawing process
Each piece is drawn traditionally by hand using graphite. I work carefully and intentionally, focusing on realism, texture, and character. We will discuss preferences for progress updates or if you want to wait for the grand reveil at the end.

4. Completion and delivery
Once complete, your artwork is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. Framing is not included, allowing you to choose a presentation that best fits your space. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery or shipping.
